Who Can Join?
- Serteens must meet one of these requirements:
- Top 2 percentile, a score of 98% or better on a nationally recognized test (SAT, ACT, etc.)
- 130+ IQ or
- Qualify for a GT program by DOE requirements
- Serteens is made up of students grades 7-12 and range in age from 12-18 years old.
- New members typically join during 7-9th grade and remain members through high school graduation.
- Members are welcome from any schools
When Can I Join?
As for the time of year, students are strongly encouraged to join in the spring (March and April) so that they can attend Leadership Camp during the summer but our membership committee works with prospective members year-round.
